- Define HSE performance criteria and share with all stake holders.
- Develop and operate an HSE management system.
- Define clear responsibilities to all levels of management, staff and contractors which makes them accountable for HSE in their teams.
- Foster a positive HSE culture in the company through effective communication and training.
- Conduct periodical HSE reviews and audit to ensure compliance with local, international and corporate standards and regulations.
- Develop and operate a Risk Assessment based approach in conducting business.
- Establish good relationships with host community and all stakeholders in pursuing a unified approach to achieving HSE and security matters of common interest.
